Shipping & Returns
Yes — it's a real, physical card. Once you're happy with your design, we print it and mail it for you. Here's exactly how that works, in plain language.
How shipping works
After you place an order, your card is printed to order in the USA and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. You can have it mailed straight to your recipient's door, or to yourself if you'd rather sign it by hand first.
Prefer not to wait on the mail? Every card is also available as an instant high-resolution digital download you can print at home or send electronically.
How long delivery takes
Most U.S. orders arrive in 1–5 business days after printing. Canadian orders are usually about a week, but can take up to 21 days when customs is slow.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Want Doodle Duck somewhere else? Email us — we're always looking at adding countries.
Ordering in time for an occasion
Delivery dates shown at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — actual times depend on the carrier, the weather, customs, and the usual realities of mail. For a birthday, holiday, or anniversary, we recommend ordering at least 10 days ahead so there's a comfortable buffer.
If a card is running late or hasn't shown up, email us and we'll help track it down and make it right.
Returns, refunds & misprints
Every card is custom-made for you, so we can't accept returns the way an off-the-shelf product would. But if anything is wrong with your order, we'll fix it.
If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as designed — or the wrong item shows up — email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. No hassle.
